Admission Procedure

• Admission Form: A student may apply online for admission to the college through our website. The application along with the required documents must be submitted online within the stipulated date to be notified by the college and university of North Bengal.
• Merit List: The college will publish a Merit List on the basis of the results of the applicants in the H.S./equivalent examination and according to the norms prescribed by the University of North Bengal. The Merit List will be displayed on the College Website.
• Counseling: The applicants who will be declared eligible for admission must attend the counseling process before admission. After the counseling the candidates must take admission within the stipulated time as notified by the college, failing which their claim for admission will not be entertained. The date and time of the counseling process will be notified by the college along with the Merit List. Counseling will be confined upto the capacity of seats.

Documents required for application:

A candidate must submit the following documents at the time of application:

1. Student Photo
2. Attested photocopy of Mark-Sheet.
3. Attested photocopy of D.O.B.
4. Attested photocopy of SC/ST certificate (for SC/ST candidates only).
5. Attested photocopy of Medical certificate (for PH candidates only).

N.B.The documents mentioned in points 2,3,4 and 5 above must be produced in the original at the time of admission for verification purposes.

Documents required at the time of verification:

1. Original Mark-Sheet.
2. Original D.O.B.
3. Original SC/ST certificate (for SC/ST candidates only).
4. Original Medical certificate (for PH candidates only).
5. Original Migration Certificate (for migrating candidates only)
6. Original School Leaving Certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
7. Medical certificate regarding Blood group.

All admissions are provisional.

The college authority reserves the right to change the admission procedure.
